Canna Capital was incorporated on 01 April 2021 with the goal of identifying investment opportunities in the medical cannabis sector. Based in London, our directors intend to deploy the majority of our cash reserves in the acquisition of minority interests in a number of different, not-yet-identified, companies that we believe have the potential to generate profit, increase in capital value, and deliver long-term income.

Canna Capital Plc has been admitted to trading on the AQS Growth Market, which is operated by Aquis Stock Exchange Limited. This market is designed primarily to invest in emerging or smaller companies that have a higher risk than more established companies.
